Tripium provides destination management solutions including software platforms, booking engines, point-of-sale systems, marketing tools, and related support to hotels, DMOs, travel agencies, attractions, and related businesses.

Use of Services

• You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

• All content, software, and materials provided by Tripium remain our property or the property of our licensors.

User Accounts

Fees and Payment

• Use of Tripium’s platform and services may be subject to fees as agreed in separate agreements.
• Payments are due as specified in invoices or contracts.

• Tripium provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tripium harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services end immediately.
