Here's a quick look at the company leaders who are responsible for our success:
Chad Ray, Director of Operations
Chad is a native of the Branson, Missouri area. Over the past 10 years, Chad has run his own company that
provided high-level programming and development to a wide range of companies. He believes creativity, positioning, ingenuity,
and salesmanship are integral parts of success in any business. Chad is responsible for day-to-day operations of Tripium
along with business development, marketing, direct sales, affiliate development and positioning.
Molly Donohue, Sales and Service Manager
Molly originally hails from Montana. Arriving in the Ozarks in 1988 to earn degrees in English and Art,
with an emphasis in Graphic Design, the groundwork was laid for an invigorating career in the tourist industry.
Joining the innovative team of technologists at Tripium, bringing a brand of spark and originality,
Molly ensures every client project is handled appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Further, Molly manages all Tripium vendors, travel consumers, and special projects related to marketing and promotion.
Kim Spradling, Senior Developer and DBA
Kim has championed all aspects of dynamic development within the Tripium community.
Bringing to the table strong programming and database administration skills, Kim helped bring Tripium to life.
An Iowa Native, Kim settled in the Ozarks in 1998 and expresses her work through her interpretation of everyday life.
In her own words, Kim explains, "I strive to create images that will leave a positive impression."
Kim creates Tripium's database structures to drive dynamic function in all our projects.
